I’m the German delegate right now, and it was my first time attending a CYE conference. I think it is really nice to meet a lot of people from different countries. It’s interesting to talk about differences and similarities in the different member counrties, learning new methods. The food is really nice, and just the same as for German coeliac meetings, it’s just too much to eat. We were walking through the city in the evenings, seeing some strange things but also nice people.
As for the conference part, i think we are actually doing great in keeping up with the schedule. We discussed about what to do with the last annual project, the gluten free maps of Europe.
Of course we also talked about the new annual project, changing the name, defining how the project should be and what to do in your own country.
I’m curious about the upcoming event for this evening, the Gala Dinner, but before that we have to get back to work.
