Here we are in Amsterdam at the annual CYE conference – and it is so much fun! Our group consists of people from all over Europe, so practicing Spanish is as much a part of the experience as discussing coeliac matters. Attending the conference this weekend has been very rewarding and we have learned a lot. Sharing ideas and hearing about what other countries do, new inspiration and motivation is definitely coming home with us.
People are really nice and getting involved with CYE is a great way to make friends as well as getting to know an international coeliac network. During the conference, we have come up with many new ideas and so we are really excited about the upcoming year. The project for 2014 will be Coeliac Events Europe, stay tuned for more information on this!
We encourage YOU to join your national events and get involved with your organization. It might be even more rewarding that you ever had thought.
